Ingredients:
– 6 meduim size red skin potatoes
– 2 carrots
– 2 celery sticks
– 1/2 onion
– 2 cloves garlic
– 5 leaves red chard
– 2 scoops bone broth protein.I used this one
or if you add your home made broth equalls for about 2 cups
– celtic sea salt
– 1/2 stick butter
Directions:
Fill up the pot with 4 cups of water/or if you use home made broth mix 2 water and 2 broth/ and bring to boil. Add all vegetables except the chard till softened.Drop the chard in for couple of minutes to soften with the rest of the veggies and add butter.Remove from fire and puree it all in a blender.
Possible toppings:
pumpkin seeds,green onions,croutons,cilantro
