Mango chia pudding

Creamy and delicious vegan pudding,that is a perfect breakfast or afternoon snack.Add the chia,mango,maple syrup and coconut milk in glass jar.Stirr well and leave either over night or at least 1 hour in the refrigerator with a closed lid.When the chia has bubled up,serve and top with berries or shaved chocolate.

Ingredients:
– 1 can of coconut milk
– 1 mango(cubed)
– 1/2 cup chia seeds
– 1 tbsp maple syrup
– 1/2 cup water(if you want it to be lighter)
Topping options:
– shaved dark chocolate
– any type berries
– hemp seeds
– cacao nibs

This recepie is good for 4 portions and can stay good for few days in the fridge.
